my research shows they are of the species Brassica oleracea, so they're cruciferous

gotta be brussels sprouts but as a special treat since they're so annoying to prep (when dirty). i really like them raw or almost-raw and finely chopped

i voted cauliflower! it's the most versatile one imo. you can roast them on their own as a side, dip them in batter and fry them, and it's easy to puree them for soups or "cheese" sauces. all of these are good

When I was growing up all the Jewel-Osco commercials would have B-roll footage of a steaming plate of broccoli with melted cheddar cheese on top. It made me question everything I knew.
