both berkeley shows, the aforementioned monitor rips
about 500MB

pretty fantastic. only five songs were played on both nights. so you can have a 4 hour no repeat megaconcert if you feel like it. the mastering job on this is as clean as a soundboard but has a really good EQ job so it sounds on 90% as good as a commercial release.

Apologies to the flac purists for lack of etiquette in redistributing this. It's a V0 lame conversion of a bootleg recording, so I reallly doubt you're losing anything fidelity wise.

i'm extremely ocd about my itunes organization so i took a tour poster from this show and cropped/repositioned it in photoshop for this, figured i'd post it here

thanks again for this GP

A new Radiohead album would hit the spot just about now. It has been awhile, and long enough since the last one, which I hated at first.

we're coming close to hitting the 5-year anniversary of AMSP but I doubt there will be a new Radiohead album before 2022.

were they even playing new songs during their last tours? in the tours after TKOL they played a bunch of songs that ended up on AMSP but I don't remember seeing anything new in the ASMP setlists, which makes me wonder if they even have new material yet for recording sessions

they didn't play a single 'new' song on any leg of their AMSP tour, no. they broke out some b-sides and played a few things for the first time (Spectre, Suspirium), but they didn't seem to be road-testing any potential LP10 material during that entire run.

i would not expect a proper Radiohead album until 2022 at the absolute earliest. i would, however, expect them to release something for the Kid A/Amnesiac anniversary before the latter turns 20 in June of this year. I also wouldn't be at all surprised if Thom has another solo record in the works, since he seemed to be actively writing music at the beginning of the lockdown (and even performed that Plasticine Figures track from his basement on Fallon).

you never know, though. maybe they pulled a Postal Service and worked on new tracks remotely for the past year. I know they haven't all been together because Ed's been in isolation doing Insta live sessions every thursday for most of this time.
