I watched the audience vid of Bonnaroo 06 and listened to the remastered SBD thats its crazy to see the pro-shot now.
I got absolutely zero “retail therapy” emotional boost and it absolutely confirmed that buying things is an empty and reflexive genuflection to a hyper consumerist capitalist system that has indoctrinated me.

I remember the first time I saw that when MTV2 played it sometime in 2000. I felt really embarrassed, for them or me, I couldn’t tell.

no stop whispering video or the us high and dry, either, which i doubt they're particularly embarrassed about, especially considering the latter ended up on 7 Television Commercials, so maybe they're working on it?

I waver between a M and a L but I went with a medium, I'd rather risk a radiohead band tee be too tight than too big and goofy

Really want the House of Cards shirt but I'm guessing it doesn't have the reverse print on the back like the original did

the funny thing about Bonnaroo '06 is that of the 4 'Head shows i had seen in the weeks leading up to it, it was easily my least favorite. i'm sure that's down to the ones in Upper Darby and NYC being in much smaller theaters, but my main memory of the 'Roo is that the giant screens on the side that were meant to show the band so that folks in the sea of humanity could actually see the band were malfunctioning for the first hour or so and i was just really stressed about it.

wow holy shit . i was at this show and i remember hearing they'd release a film of it shortly after. i've been waiting 13 years for them to finally do it

aside from prince, this was probably the best live show i've ever seen. i was lucky to be in the first few rows for this. (at 10 am when they opened the doors to the stage, i sprinted for the front and stayed there until the head went on at 8 pm lol.)
