this still personally hits hard for me only just from the time period it came out (early 2011). You can make fun if you want but The One Cohesive, House of Balloons and Cherish the Light Years all have a similar effect.

Still a bummer that all the EG stuff isn't on streaming anymore. I wonder if it’s a right issue with acephale. They don’t seem to be a label anymore and I don’t know why but I could see that guy who ran it sort of closing up shop and not sorting that stuff out

I bought the physical albums but I guess the files are caught in limbo for Apple Music for me. Would anyone mind re-upping both RUINs to the Dropbox?

nah, Acephale just handed the rights back to EGz after he stopped doing it. in order to execute a rights transfer u gotta take down from one holder and re-up by the other. I think EGz just didn’t bother with it for whatever reason

seems a good place to ask if anyone has the jbrooks 'i was wondering' mix from a while back too - i'm missing that one and it was pretty good

oh and the new album is pretty good, it's strange hearing new versions of demos i've been listening to for a couple years now

makes sense! didn't think the acephale guy was bad or anything, he was always just so laid back I had thought maybe something slipped through the cracks.
