if it's anything like the temp station they had at wilson while they were renovating that station, it'll be ugly and weird, but fine

if it does end up being annoying you could always walk down to wilson, which is only about 4 blocks south of argyle and is maybe the nicest station in the entire L system

oh well, i have the egg on the face area

still, as goldsoundz said, wilson is .5 mi from argyle, no biggie

that stretch has way more stops than most areas

i live what i consider to be quite close to the damen brown, and it is 4 blocks away

yeah as others have said the fully functional stations are not too far from there. i'm @ wilson now myself. biking shouldn't be impacted, easy to get on the lakefront trail + there's a lane on broadway (which kind of peters out past uptown...northbound from there is more pleasant, you can take some nice shady side streets)

pretty scummy of an agent/landlord not to mention that tho! personally I would ask for a discount on the rent

There's a chiu quon bakery at the new enormous pan Asian grocery store in pilsen called marketplace 88. Highly recommend checking this place out, it's fucking massive, it opened during the pandemic so it's a real hidden gem right now but they're adding restaurants and shops it's gonna be a big deal here
