I’ve decided I’m just going to do kettlebell work going forward anyways. Will probably relegate the Powerblocks to bench pressing.

What the hell are survival lessons? They teach you just enough to keep you alive, but not enough to swim?

i don’t know, the kid is 8 months old, i think it’s basically to give you a couple extra minutes before they drown in a pool

getting significant forearm pain with bicep curls lately. went up on weight recently which seems to be the cause. i'm also reading likely form related due to using too much weight.

You could always just squeeze in a set of pushups/modified pushups off to the side.

true

i guess i could also up the press reps and throw a set of neutral grip incline press too in order compensate for the fact that usually i lift way heavier on the press than flys

I had this problem too, lots of pain in my inner elbow (what is that area even called?). switched to hammer curls for a few months and then was able to go back to the curls

i currently have 8 or 9 curl variations i incorporate, i'll standing curl regular then near the end of the set switch to a hammer grip to get in another 3 reps. like doing seated hammers too

also dig the zottman and reverse curls

curls on cables are underrated too

did you folks know we have a dedicated workout thread? not sure ive mentioned that before in here ;)

this is more the diet/lifestyle thread
