so I bought Kentucky Route Zero last night after you guys said it was good. And yeah it's really nice. Just a just chill game with semi-spooky/weird stuff happening. I think I need a point and click game where you didn't have to kill stuff. I only played the first act. Looking forward to finishing the second act tonight.

I always forget you can knock out guards with doors in Gunpoint, so it's always a nice little surprise when it accidentally happens.

Kranky, listen. There's dresses and pants and shoes and sea diving this time around. Oh and furniture customization. Don't take this happiness away from me

Yeah, I don't know exactly why I don't like the Batman games other than they're just not fun to me. It probably doesn't help that Batman, the dude/concept/idea is like the most boring possible thing these days too.
Chronicles Of Riddick is a way better game than both of those Batman games.

the batman games make being an easy game tedious. the setpieces are p nice but i'm just either following commands or hitting x,x,y during fights.

arkham asylum's pretty damn fun when it's in its full-on metroidvania groove but much of the rest of it drags like a motherfucker

It no longer seems to exist, why was it completely wiped? It could have just been archived if the size of it was causing problems.

or when it happens to you, or when a guard just drops your stupid ass with a single bullet because you thought you were batman hiding in the ceiling. or when you overcompensate jumping on a guard and you both go crashing through a window. the game's made me laugh at my mistakes far more than i think the designers intended.
edit: the skill that lets you program the guards' guns is far too effective, though. feels like a cheat. just gotta remember to link the professional black guards' guns to like, a door or something and they become harmless.

I can't remember the last time I actually spent money on a PC game but in the last week or so I've bought three Humble Bundles (the current main one and the last two Weekly ones) as well as Gunpoint. Currently debating a bunch more games as well.
