this is my friend lol

should i get a 2nd joycon or a pro controller?

def pro. i hate where the right stick is on the joycon. i get that its necessary for the design and its fine for a lot of games but it stinks when you need to use it alot

feeling hollow knight click has been real gratifying and wild. it's taken 3 installs over like a year and a half but this time it's going. getting the dash makes a huge difference. did soul master and mantis lords tonight, those were some fun fights

Just finished Rakuen. It's a really charming and beautiful RPG Maker game about a boy fighting cancer who discovers a fantasy world. The game is written and created by the composer of To the Moon. It touches on some of the same emotional issues as Mother 3 and had some things that reminded me of that, although the writing isn't on the same level as Itoi. Really recommend it though - the music is really nice and it tackles subjects I've not really seen dealt with in a game before.

Etrian Odyssey NEXUS is on Amazon for pre-order finally in Euroopoo, was getting a little worried it might be digital only even though they had said it was gonna be physical

i'm curious what you mean by this, unless you're talking about a plot (which i didn't think vermintide had?)

re-DLC vermintide, which is all i'm familiar with, certainly didn't come from WFRP "circa" any time; it came from the last-relevant-before-Age-of-Sigmar version of the miniatures game, which had iterated for the 30 years subsequent to WFRP

the dlc is called shadows over bogenhafen, i'm just giving context to that because i'm a huge fan of this release

i'm really getting the kind of feeling from these connections that i think people must've felt playing dks1 blind for the first time

i just started at the soul master bench in city of tears, decided to go check out whatever that hallway was above the charm lady in forgotten crossroads, blasted through it into blue lake, then resting grounds, got the dreamnail, blasted a crypt open and fell into some terrifying hole i immediately jumped back out of, found the elevator down to city of tears, got absolutely messed up by one of the big shieldy guys that hits for 2 in king's station, was at 1 health, started getting freaked about dying, looked for a stag station or a bench but instead came into a wooden area filled with spikes and got killed. all the way back to the soul master bench. i should probably just suicide right away so i can repair my soul thing but i gotta go back there. im sure i walked by like three benches hehToggle Spoiler

good ass map design
