Jeff Holdsworth and Trey really did have a wonderful two-headed snake vibe back then
The UC Berkeley expert I spoke with described your approach to boarding -- posting things without knowing whether they’re true in order to juice engagement -- as “sociopathic.” Do you have a response to that?

And when they weren't performing strange experiments on animals, they did a good job playing their guitars at the same time so that it's hard to tell where one's playing ends and the other begins

ok also, ugh, am I alone in being unable to make it through more than a few minutes of any episode of the cringe-named woman-oriented phish podcast? I wanted to listen to the Bella interviews and I wanted to check out this 12 Tribes interview but the hosts just seem really bad at being podcast hosts. I always end up starting an ep then turning it off

Edit: that was a pretty negative thing to say and I only described it like that bc I don't want to bash or by name on the internet

I didn't have any problem with the phish ladies podcast but I've only listened to the two eps with Bella (a 12 tribes centric episode sounds fascinating though). I don't think I'll bother with any more of the LMTR one, the host just grates on me like I'm watching a dumb reality show or something. But I'm not a big podcast person to begin with. When the kids are around it's impossible to pay enough attention, my commute is only 20-39 minutes, and when I'm alone I tend to have music on more often than not.

9/1/17 caught my eye for the 5 song second set

seemed to me the no man's land was very wanky and weird for the sake of being weird but i'm willing to give it another go when i fall asleep tonight

not a lot of 4-5 song sets in 3.0

What is the testicle reference with Oysterhead? (Googling the two words together was not helpful.)

Drift While You're Sleeping could be a really great NYE stunt. Or Sea of Stars Part 1 > Space Jam with dramatizations > Sea of Stars Part 2 > ALS > Sea of Stars Part 3.

I'm in one but we try not to go overboard on phish all the time. I had the privilege of sharing that with them just now
