The After Hours bit last week about Gov Scott Walker's hot ham and haircuts tweets had me dying. Office hours is one of the few things keeping me going while the rest of the world falls apart.

the thing he does any time he receives a gift and kinda holds it up into the camera is hilarious.

and yeah just seeing the youtube preview images for later episodes where his whole looks is different cracks me up even out of context

Very cool. The tele that dude is playing is a beauty. Hope a few more come out with weyes blood more in front.

I was on a kick last week listening to what the broken hearted do. “Illegal” is a total fucking ripper of a song.

Love that the Weyes Blood/Rado collab is finally getting out there.

Love the latest Office Hours ep, where Ryan Phillippe and Joe Dante(!) call in to wish Vic a happy birthday.

still catching up on On Cinema, but the depresssing facts quiz bumpers during the oscar specials are killing me. it'll be like "which of peter jackson's parents died during production of lord of the rings?" "both", and the marx brothers stuff is full of just depressing facts about illnesses and stuff

Tim has recently started doing 30 minute-ish live streams of random stuff he does - wall taping corners in a room in his house in order to paint it; taking his daughter to a neighbor waterslide - and earnestly answering random and/or donated (whatever they call it on youtube) questions from the chat. It's great. All profits go to improve Office Hours which really seems to be something he loves to do. He likes having fun, he likes to laugh. Can't wait for the next WOHL installment.

I am. It's definitely worth it. After Hours each week is almost always better than the actual show IMO.

after hours is definitely better imo because it's just tim talking to callers. which is what the main appeal of show used to be before they started cramming it with guests where tim has to be polite and make conversation about things he's rarely interested in
