no they had it. sold out in 2 days. there was also a st. bernardous christmas beer, but i went with the delirium instead. i always have good experiences with the noel. either tonight or tomorrow i'm gonna break open some vanilla ice cream and drink that bomber.

crushed a sixer tonight (at 9.9 abv it's like a 12-pack worth of alcohol) and just switched to miller lite
ive never experienced this before but the miller lite tastes like yeasty bread

went out and had some regular crap beer (buck fifty lone star drafts) and finished out the night by going home, loading a bowl, eating ice cream and having a 90 min. man that was good.

Tonight is gonna be a good beer drinking night.
I'm starting off with a Green Flash Le Freak - It's pretty good but i wished it leaned a little more to the 'San Diego Imperial Ale' side than the Belgian side.

Then meeting friends at a great beer bar. Here's the tap list - a lot of these are local BC/ Vancouver brews so won't ring a bell with most of you. Anyone try that Lagunitas though?:
Cannery Brewing - Naramata Nut Brown
• Lagunitas - Lucky 13 ***
• Howe Sound Brewing - Limited Release Imperial IPA***
• Swans Buckerfileds - Scotch Ale
• Crannog brewing - Hells Kitchen Potato Red ale
• Spinnakers Ale House - 25th Anniversary Pale
• Phillip's Brewing - Chocolate Porter
• Conrad (of Steamwork's) - Frambozen
• G.Island Tap Room - Pumpkin ale
• Longwood Brew Pub - Marzen Oktoberfest
• Storm Brewing - James' INSANE 12 year aged lambic
• Tree Brewing - Heffeweizen Limited Release
• Barley Station - Organic Pilsner
• Red Racer Brewing - Empire i.p.a.****
• Craig Street Brew Pub - Shawnigan Irish Red
• Lighthouse brewing - Keepers Stout
• Dogfish Head Brweing - 60 minute IPA***
• Dave (of Taylors Crossing) - Extra Special Bitter****
• Tin Whistle Brewing - Peach Cream ale
Rogue brewing - Captain Sigs Northwestern ale***
Iain (of Yaletown Brew Pub)- Oud Bruin Sour Belgian
Derrick (of DIX Brewing & BBQ) Texan Brown Ale ***
Driftwood Brewing - Crooked Coast AltBier**
Mount Begbie Brewing - High Counrty Kolsch
Orchard Hill - Red Roof CIDER
CASK! - Driftwood - FunkHand (brett blend)
CASK! - Dave Varga's - 2 lions Pale ale
CASK! - RnB Hoppelganger i.p.a.***
listen,

was lucky enough to visit this pub (
http://www.indewildeman.nl/indexe.html) in 2009 and drank the best beer of my life in there. beck zoigler was the beer of the month when i was there (hottest day of the year!) and pint after pint was sunk and soaked up by awesome cheese/crackers/pickles/smoked ham. orval poured for you by busty dutch beermaidens who then present the overflow of head to you in a seperate orval schooner glass! yaman!!!
yeah amasterdam is rad when done right.

it feels right to enjoy a sam adams holiday porter as i gaze upon the smoke rising from the stacks of the warehouse in which it was brewed.

I tried a bottle of Brew Dog PUNK IPA tonight. Annoying label on the bottle, decent taste but nothing amazing. Certainly not as aggressive as teh label makes it out to be.
