SN 40th anni IPA is pretty solid. Need to drink more SN this year. Tired of rolling dice with local boys and their QC issues.

It's pretty good isnt it

Still mad that BFD never took off. Goddamn that was a good beer

I'm kind of amazed how craft beer seems kinda stalled around here, just a thousand stale labels all over the place and no breweries really doing anything very interesting anymore

what are the can't miss spots in portland oregon? i have only ever been to upright, apex, and belmont station. hazy and pastry and not my favorite styles, but i will probably check out great notion. but where else should i hit up? also coffee spot or food recommendations are welcome.

edit: staying right by the Alibi lounge if that helps narrow down any recs.

Tastes exactly like Yoohoo. Bought a 4 pack, took two sips and tossed the whole thing into the trash. If you enjoy Yoohoos though I imagine pbr hard coffee will be a hit.

pFriem, Ale Apothecary, Ft. George, Fremont, Sunriver are all local boys doing cool stuff. There are lots more, too. Just saw that Cascade is gonna start canning.

Worth going to Hair of the Dog at least once.

I think Breakside is kinda underrated, too. Their pils is very good.

Little Beast is worth checking out.

I just looked this up after being ignorant about it. That court transcript is something else! Guess I’m also boycotting. They were always a go-to so this is a bummer.

Had a great hazy last night from New Anthem. Not really into the style anymore, but a can here and there is nice. Have no idea how I used to drink multiple cans of this stuff in a night. So heavy.

Just ordered a whole bunch of beer from Wren House for delivery. Happy to be able to support them while they can't have their taproom open and it was actually a pretty good deal. Got 24 cans of their house lager for $33 then ended up adding a bunch of crowlers too plus only $5 delivery, which given I am 15 miles from them is great.
