Maybe you’ve noticed The Guy’s been working out... I’ve always been a big boy. There isn’t anything wrong with it, but I’ve never felt great about it. I used to say that I’d always be “fat inside.” Last June, a few weeks before shooting, I was about 25 pounds heavier than normal, and feeling generally depressed and unwell. When the costume department took my measurements, my waistline measured five inches larger than Season 2.

But then I met @danielle.kt who was just starting out as a trainer. I think I was her first client. A few weeks later, when we started shooting, I was not only looking and feeling better from exercise, but I also started prioritizing sleep and nutrition over stressing about making a TV show. It helped me to stop trying to control everything and allowed me to accept help in all arenas. The domino effect was real.

Danielle cared about my body when I didn’t, and now I feel motivated to care for myself in so many more arenas than just working out. I owe her a great debt of gratitude.
If you live in NYC and need a little help caring for yourself, I highly recommend getting in touch with her. Her rates are fair and she’s genuinely a kind soul.

“I’m saving your pineal gland!”
Guy looks down at penis for a half second, then nods in acknowledgement.

So good.

Also there was an early episode where they played We Have Love by The Arrows and I didn’t know anyone else knew that song. The show has such a great soundtrack (which is obv. But thought I’d mention it)
The laughing jumbo of Europe's gay spots.

Yeah lol this was truly terrible.
Like all teenage girls she has three things on her mind: boys, fashion, and improvisation all the time.

what did the folks who hated this one hate about it?

I admit that the last showbiz-y one they did with heidi was the worst thing i have ever seen, so i was a little concerned about this but i thought it was great

i didn't hate it either but it just wasn't a high maintenance episode. one of the things i like so much about the show is how it focuses on peoples' private, intimate, mundane moments in really deft and delightful ways and there was just less of that in this episode idk
