My pitch, mainly for complete accessibility, would be Williamsburg, Brooklyn. You can get to most points of interest in Manhattan in about 30 mins (granted you’re near the L and it’s running) and there’s also the benefit of having a lot to do in the immediate vicinity for lazy moments. And G train accessibility will get you to the Nets game, as well as any other Brooklyn journeys.

Yeah you can stay in my hallways for free and take me to the nets

It's win win

don't be a lemming and stay in williamsburg or greenpoint like every other young european tourist. stay in the city, centralized and close to multiple subway stations.

williamsburg is not a great starting point to experience new york city in terms of accessibility. stay in nolita or something like that with walking distance to a lot of areas and plenty of subway lines to explore the city.

we disagree on the connectivity of Williamsburg but sure for a more immersed, central experience mostly anything from Canal Street to 14th Street near a subway would work out.

hey guys

still looking for a roommate in Ridgewood

small room in our nice top floor apartment, good price too

I'd like to give priority to anyone on the forum who is looking. If you can refer someone that'd also be ok.
