I saw the skull in dc in 2018 the same night as the Super Bowl

They went on late because they waited for the game to end in the other room of the brewery they were at

I remember Wagner asking to take hits off the audience’s vape pens and also promising to play the whole Trouble s/t only if the audience agreed to hang out for a few new songs after

pretty neat scrolling to the bottom and seeing a link to grammatron's 2005 review of 'essential'

Just a tenth of a point shy of the 7.5 above average, enjoyable rating awarded to The Essential Iron Maiden by one rappatron.

Depends. If you liked Betty and Aftertaste, Size Matters and Monochrome are worth a listen. There is at least one solid album between the two.

if you only like Strap It On and Meantime, maybe avoid the reunion albums and just listen to WRONG. Lots of people loved them for sounding exactly like early Helmet, but they did nothing for me at the time. Might have to give them a second chance, sound pretty good to me now.

As far as directly related, I am a huge fan of the single Handsome album, and should be loved by every Quicksand and Helmet fan.

Love Betty and Aftertaste. Strap it on is fine. Reminds me I need to pick up a copy of meantime again. I’ll check this stuff out thanks. I have been loving these louder than life drums and of course the page Hamilton vocals.

So the Helmet album is called Betty and the single is Wilma’s Rainbow. Is this Flintstone themed?

I got a ticket to desertfest Berlin 2022. Been itching to go to a festival since before the pandemic and been meaning to do a hike in Germany, having electric wizard and Ufomammut on the same bill was enough for me to make the commitment

I came around on senjutsu a little more. I was thinking if you cut darkest hour then it'd be even better but that's really the only ballad on the album. I dunno I think it might be a great record! It's just very long

Is there any novelty to seeing cradle of filth live in 2021

They are playing a few blocks from my house and I haven’t been to a concert in a long time

Other than possibly contracting the novel coronavirus, probably not.

you can probably just google Dani Filth and see how fuckin stupid he looks in 2021 and probably get the same amount of enjoyment at a safer distance from CoF fans
