Saw Krallice last night. Just an insane bunch of talent in that band. I don't know how they do it, honestly. Wayfarer opened, and I'd never heard them before, but I was really impressed.

I still have yet to see them. Diotima still is like the best thing ever in weirdo technical metal in my eyes.

I need to revisit Diotima. I liked it when it came out but I haven't listened to it in forever. I listen to Dimensional Bleedthrough, Prelapsarian, and Go Be Forgotten a lot, but I haven't revisited the other older records in a while.

If you like the idea of robotic, progressive, technical black metal, then you absolutely should. They're definitely not for everyone, but I love 'em. Dimensional Bleedthrough (their second album) is my favorite, but their newest one, Go Be Forgotten, is a beast too.

Just listen to the title track from Dimensional Bleedthrough. It tells you everything you need to know, and if you're not into this, you're won't like Krallice.

Relistening to Diotima now and I'd forgotten how incredible "Litany of Regrets" is.
