update: these goofy kids (Oregon Ducks) destroyed everyone at the NCAA indoor championships:
DMR: 1st
800m: 1st
Mile: 1st & 5th
3000m: !st & 2nd

got selected for Chicago marathon in the fall, haven't run a race since the Madison marathon in fall of 2019, hopefully this goes off well in Oct but I'm keeping my expectations low when it comes to races actually happening, at my pace I will probably run somewhere between 2500 to 3000 miles between races lol
if all these marathons happen this fall I wonder if everyone will be PRing or absolutely blowing up, probably a mix but def alot of both extremes I assume

i'm so jealous of people without kids when it comes to running. i'd definitely be in the best shape of my life and absolutely crushing every PR otherwise.
