I’m on episode four of the current season and wondering if anyone noticed Domonique chatting with someone named “happyhardonhenry806” and connect it to Christian Slater’s role in Pump Up the Volume as Happy Harry Hardon? This show rules.
i just started this (i'm on epiaode 4), and have had some stuff spoiled (slater is a personality based on elliot's dad, darelene is elliot's sister, elliot's dad abused him, there is another personality)Toggle Spoiler so i'm gonna tag my question to (spoilers for season one and maybe two)
is it for sure darlene isn't the other personality? when elliot returns to the hideoutfir the first time, mr robot stands directly between elliot and darlene to answer a question she seems to be directing at elliot. later when elliot returns to his apartment with shayla, shayla doesn't seem aware of darlene and then when darlene tries to introduce herself, elliot stands between her and shayla the same way mr robot did earlier.Toggle Spoiler
Didn't the Dark Army dude shoot through the windows of the van if so how did it hit TW where it did in the gut? That could be a hint that he isn't real?Toggle Spoiler

this
DVD box sets in the 2000s and then watching season 2 of Mr. Robot via the USA website week-two-week cemented that the weekly episodic model is the worst, broadcast/cable networks can eat shit.
that being said, the Netflix strategy of "our originals don't need endings for their episodes since everyone is binging anyway" isn't a good model for TV either. i prefer watching 1 episode per night, then i'll bunch up the first 2/last2 eps of each season I watch. when I break my rule and end up watching 2 in a row mid-seasons that's how I know a show is one of my favorites.
It would certainly make sense but I'm hoping for a more shocking reveal than yet. Wasn't Esmail saying that no one had guessed it yet? I thought I remember people speculating almost immediately that the 3rd personality was kid Elliot.
Also, the 3rd personality was the one who initially spoke with Vera at the beginning of the season when he showed up at Elliott's apartment, per what Darlene said? Why would kid Elliott be the one to deal with him?
in the “other one” scene, it’s kid Elliot and mom-image who are talking about Elliot, Mr. Robot, and The Other One, so the other one cant be kid elliot

Vera didn't talk to Elliott then, just Darlene. She relayed the message to Elliott, I thought?
Edit: oops. Read that wrong. I was thinking the tag at the end of season 3.
