in the original battlestar galactica they speak in in-universe slang so they're always saying things like "I'll be there in one centar" (an hour)

For ease of reading, he should've given the elves names like "Mick" or "Larry" or "Ada" or "Joan".

The UC Berkeley expert I spoke with described your approach to boarding -- posting things without knowing whether they’re true in order to juice engagement -- as “sociopathic.” Do you have a response to that?

"Gil-galad is gonna be here tomorrow and we have nothing!" is some real coming-of-age movie "whoops we trashed the house and dad's gonna kill us!" vibes

I like how there's just no gold and silver from Valinor in Lindon. "Welp sorry Galadriel we gotta melt your brother's blade down I know it has a lot of personal meaning and all but well what can ya do"

Can't believe Sauron wants to pin this whole mess on Galadriel when true loreheads know Tolkien took great pains to establish that whoever smelt it dealt it
