(LOG ENTRY 1:)

(First night of deployment. Sneak attack during the night. Employers took a casualty. Operative's code name was Valentine. Alternately, Ratbag. Didn't really get a chance to meet him. Whatever. The enemy may have this location staked out. Will mention it to our client's leader in today's debriefing.)

(Finger pointing within the ranks starting early. Accusations of a mole [or "wolf" in the local parlance, probably an idiom with some regional historical context. No time to explore. Who cares, anyway] abound. Possibly something to it. The traitor could be deliberately spreading misinformation within camp now. Would make sense. Pretty standard psy-op by the enemy. Morale taking the expected hit. Why not divide and conquer if you can? Client sure did pick a big fight. Hope they're not punching above their weight class. Guess they don't have any choice if the enemy's objective is going to have as severe an ecological effect as they claim.)

(Palmer accused Ankh immediately. Hmm. Already met with skepticism from one, and a counter accusation of Palmer from someone else. These guys are going to rip themselves apart in short order at this rate. Do they even have a scanner? Shouldn't they wait for them to check in?)

(This is like talking to a wall. Hmm. Should delete that. If it gets in to the the after action report Quistis is going to have herself a big ol' laugh.)

(Whatever. Going to be a long day. Better check my junctions [which they call Materia out here, for some reason. More local slang, I guess].)

Is meta game reasoning like that allowed? I understand the concept of taking out the most adept players but the instant voting for Ankh is pretty suspect unless the reasons are laid out. Spill the deets palmer.

It's hard to tell what you can gain from taking out a player that has little experience in fighting for the earth as we warriors are wont to do. Hence, I'm not sure if the sheep ankh is the most obvious culprit. Ampersand, do you have anything to back your accusation against grouchypants? I am interested in learning more before simply attacking at random.

(...? Impossible. That doesn't even make any sense? Why would they eliminate him only to bring him back? And why would they bring him back just to eliminate him again? I'm no stranger to convoluted plots that go completely off the rails and stop making even what little sense they had to begin with after just a disk but this is too out there even for me. A little meta thinking can help but too much of it is dangerous.)

(Hasn't this guy never been lynched before in a WW game, ever? Even/especially when he's a wolf? First time for everything. Let's see if Werd knows anything.)

...Whatever.

ATTACK Ankh

The sheep is trying to root out historical players. Seems suspicious.

VHB, discuss more about why you find Palmer's motives suspicious.

If he's causing us to fight from within, perhaps getting rid of him, cute as he is, will do good.
