Ted DiBiase has been slugging his way through this bracket, seems like everyone does have a price indeed. The Hitman's theme has made some serious moves, toppling tournament favorite Dude Love in the second round. Perhaps it's just me, but it is starting to feel like Bret's theme is the theme of destiny. This is gonna be a slobberknocker.

I just did a very quick YouTube search and found only two matches between hart and dibiase. One of them ended up in a double countdown and the other one ended in a draw

I'm not sure what that says about million dollar man's lack of willingness to put bret over with a clean finish or get locked in the sharpshooter but this one's going to Hitman either way

If there were other matches available to be seen where a more decisive victory was called I would be interested in checking out

I’m kinda surprised by how lopsided this is. Voted DiBiase. The laugh, the ladies, the voice over. It fits so perfectly.

Perhaps a controversial take, but I don’t really like Hitman’s. It’s not bad, but I feel like if Bret’s name wasn’t attached it wouldn’t even be on here.

When they added the guitar screech to bret’s theme it became legendary imo

Bret has the best instrumental, non-licensed, non-reiterative, non-classical theme in the tournament, I think.

Throw some more qualifiers on there.

I think they're all fair. I'm not about to say it's a better piece than Thus Spake or a classical piece and it feels hard to compare it to something like Cult of Personality or the DX theme.

I guess the reiterative mostly is in reference to FTR and to a lesser extent Hangman, both of which are very good.

I was just kidding, buddy. I don’t even know what reiterative means.

Sure. But it was a little fussy and I wanted to explain it.

I was using it in terms of themes that are playing off of a previous piece of music (FTR with the Midnights and Moroder, Hangman with the Ecstacy of Gold)

The Heartbreak Kid continues his dominant run against The Franchise. Can Cena continue to defy the odds or as he finally met his end?

Maybe it’s because I wasn’t watching during his reign, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Cena match, but I am amazed Cena has made it this far.

Forgot that Jimmy Hart co-wrote Shawn's theme but that checks out
