Enjoying this a lot so far. Good take on the zombie genre. Lot of groundwork laying in the first episode but everything is flat out bonkers by episode 3.

yeah this was good but then the ending was like "oh i guess this is over huh"
This was a collection of good scene set-ups without much care for pacing. And, like, the comment about it not being finished is right. The explanation of what these things are, how they’re connected to water, what the rules are, etc. are sketched out but never fully explained. The end in the psych ward and the chair flying is just straight up cheesy. But, the dead boy maybe moving at the table and the running, mutated lady hitting the car window are really effective.Toggle Spoiler
Scary stories to tell in the dark is gonna be p interesting because that thing lived and died by those dripping inky pics that accompanied each story and how grotesque they were.

I don't know if I can pin down exactly which moment in The Prodigy got the biggest laughs, but the one I keep going back to in my head is the use of paprika as ominous foreshadowing.

((Stuffed is loved by old and young because this is where the puddings get sent in. Criss-cross paving and those tinkly hanging bells make ((Stuffed a very homely access to Hades. Full marks.
