Steamworld Dig 2 is nowhere as deep or challenging as Hollow Knight but it is a lot of fun
I sort of think that the devs benefited by being 3DS and Wii U developers and so were early on the switch so they did well with a smaller game pool. I wonder how they will make their games really stand out when they aren't one of the only third party games on the eshop

really hope the inevitable Steamworld Dig 3 starts you off with your full kit of abilities that you have at the end of 2 and builds from there things felt really good when you're fully decked out but the game ends really shortly after
I've liked the steamworld games all enough where I am interested in seeing more, but I'm sort of tired of the Flash-style constant swaying movements

i'm enjoying steamworld dig 2 a lot more because of the platforming/puzzle elements. motherload is the flash game dig 1 reminded me of - https://www.miniclip.com/games/motherload/en/
after beating hollow knight, the digs are a bit anticlimactic, but they're fun and were worth it on sale. gonna play super mario bros u now. i've just been putting off a dark souls play through for months now... just wanna play some relaxing games
I got nsmbu but im only playing for 2 player w my kid and for super luigi u, which is excellent and clearly what nsmbu should have been from the start.

i started up luigi u shortly after i beat nsmbu, and i was surprised by how much i liked luigi u more. game has a real bite to it, and the short levels are really satisfying
Has anyone played FIFA or NHL on Switch? Just wonder how they play. Haven't played either in years but feels like something it would be good to take portable.
I've been on a little bit of a turn-based strategy kick lately but I just can't get into SW Heist. partly the art style and the flat 2d perspective just really doesn't appeal to me.

I play a ton of FIFA on mine in portable mode. It’s definitely a different feel than the console versions and obviously scaled down / doesn’t have the frostbite engine and there is less control with skill moves but it’s a lot of fun still.
Last year when I was working on a job with a ton of down time I would bring my switch and me and one of my coworkers would play a bunch with the split joycons and it doesn’t feel too horrible once you get used to it.
i wish something new/cool would come out. i bought gris last week and played a little and it's pretty but not very engrossing to me for whatever reason
maybe silksong will get a surprise release when the physical edition of hollow knight is available
