one of the true joys of life in 2019 is that I can use my phone to click on an archive.org link from the board or headyversion or wherever else and start playing a song and leave that tab so I can navigate in the car or read the board or whatever else and it'll keep playing in the background

Thanks for the recs. In addition to the 10/25/79 Shakedown, I'm digging the 11/9/79 Dancin > Franklin's, 12/26/79 Estimated, and especially the 11/5/79 Eyes. The speedy Eyes doesn't always do it for me but this one is working, maybe because of the disco context.

This question was prompted by seeing a Dead cover band last night in Burlington, they did a gnarly version of Stranger into Half-Step. They also played Box of Rain for Phil's birthday, which is my favourite song by anyone, and I think was the first time I've seen anyone perform it live.
