Tabasco is fine and often very good for cooking with when you want a mild heat without altering the flavor!

Sriacha is meme ketchup

i've never seen it before but i wanna try it

This is real bad. It might be good in a rub or something but it is straight dog shit on its own.

I bought it and it's in my fridge and it makes everything taste bad so I would not recommend it.

This is Def the worst hot sauce I've ever had.

Still ride for green and red

yah i used green today at lunch. I also like their habanero.

I bought a bottle of red and a bottle of green on a whim. I think they're pretty bad when used as a dip or drizzled over stuff but it's decent if mixing in another sauce or as a way to spice up soup. Can't wait to get through these bottles.

i ordered some chicken fingers at a bar once and they only had tabasco or texas pete or something so i asked if they had anything spicier. the bartender said one of the servers usually keeps some for himself but i could use it if i wanted. she brought out this stuff and it was pretty good. at the time i did not know it was made by the dude from the offspring

Guys I pledge to buy some Yucateco and maybe turn my habanero attitude around.

My "bodega" has a starting variety of hot sauces including every El yucateca. I had never seen straight jalapeno before. It looks so sad.

I picked up chipotle. Can't recall if I've had it or not before but I like a nice chipotle pepper

I don't care about any of these cultures even rare small batch up at 3am to get in line to spend $30 for a bottle of beer culture

i guess i don't actually participate in hot sauce culture other than growing peppers / making sauce but still i love it

also the sauces in this poll don't really have anything to do with hot sauce culture

I just had some cholula OG and I gotta say, it's solid as hell and really well-balanced. Can't imagine talking shit on this.
