also i have never read a single comic in my life and only realized once i started reading this thread from the beginning that every single character in this film (except peter park, obvs) was an already existing comic character

like i watched that whole movie not knowing that this one had anything whatsoever to do with the other spiderman movies (think i've seen maybe one of the toby macgquire versios) or literally that there were even other types of spider-being
