great timing, I made my first hot sauce a few days ago
12 habaneros straight from my plant
half a cup of peaches
pinch of brown sugar
1 cup of vinegar
1 jalapeno
2 limes, juiced
1 orange, juiced
grated ginger
garlic
blended it, it's superb and fuckin hot

Valentina and sambal.
Can't imagine bothering with srircha when sambal exists.

But Sriracha and Sambal are vastly different. Am I missing something?

l-r
sweet chili sauce, love this shit but little heat
local red chili sauce, not bad, not hot enough
texas pete chipotle, fine for that oft-required chipotle taste
my hot sauce, mostly habanero
my wife's hot sauce, no clue what it's made of, tastes really "asian"
the hotter local habanero chili sauce, excellent
cholulu, this shit is bland but my wife is into it (like me rite haha)
the king of hot sauces

The idea of Nathan gathering all the hot sauces to take a picture is cute.

also I guess I gathered them in a semi-circle, they were just sort of aimed all over the place
so I took out one additional one and posed them, ok?
