TJs potato chips are hit and miss, but the Ode to the Classic Potato Chip is basically perfect imo.

Decided I wasn't in the mood for a super labor-intensive Christmas dinner, so I went almost all TJs and it killed. Really good stuff.
-TJs bacon-wrapped porchetta
-TJs country potatoes with mushrooms and haricots verts
-TJs pesto genovese (was gonna make Italian salsa verde, but completely spaced on needing the ingredients until late yesterday and the stores were closed)
And then I made homemade brioche.

y'all are nuts, those dark russet potato chips were nothing special and too salty. probably the same dorks who were pushing those crappy horseradish chips last year

I mean, as someone who likes potato chips, I liked them. They're not some radical break from 'a good potato chip', though.

ha, yeah I probably should've just quoted someone and said something like wasn't really feeling these, bit too salty
but like 5 people put it over and I thought I was in for a nice treat and then tasted it and turned heel

these have been out of stock at the 3 TJ's locations I checked. Maybe everywhere due to manufacturer.
But some Sprouts locations sell the same type in their bulk bins, if you need to get your fix

They're good but like with some other faves, the quantity is low enough that I get frustrated with them.
(Other items where this is the case: imitation Milanos and several of the cookies, tho not JoJo's, which are reasonably plentiful)

Just looked for the furikake at my TJ's and they didn't have it. Bummer. TJ's is gluten-free paradise. Makes being GF delicious and affordable. Thansk TJ!

I still see the zhoug at the 3 locations near me. maybe buriedinspace is mistakenly stocking it next to the vitamins
they're always temporarily out of things for a good while for various reasons.

i'm obsessed w the vegan pesto. it makes the most boring ass meals taste amazing. the serving size is pretty crazy imo, i use half of it in a double serving of pasta and it's more than enough. been lazy veganing lately and my fave meal is pasta with the pesto, the almond mozz and a link of the beyond sausage

the gluten-free toaster waffles are good. taste like reglar ones. those finglering potato chips are overrated. the cashier called them a gamechanger but they weren't.
